Pese a que el fiscal Alejandro Ben\u00edtez pidi\u00f3 la prisi\u00f3n preventiva de \u201cPapu\u201d I\u00f1iguez, para la ley los robos de los cuales est\u00e1 acusado siguen siendo \u201cdelitos menores\u201d y el juez no acept\u00f3 el pedido, sino que hizo lugar a la solicitud del abogado defensor y le otorg\u00f3 medidas alternativas mientras contin\u00faa siendo investigado por cuatro robos que pudieron ser acreditados mediante las evidencias. <\/p>\n
Esas medidas son la prohibici\u00f3n de volver a Esperanza, constituir domicilio en la ciudad de Santa Fe, someterse a un tratamiento para sus adicciones, no portar armas y no acercarse a las v\u00edctimas. <\/p>\n
