Un hombre de 31 a\u00f1os, cuyas iniciales son LHC, qued\u00f3 en prisi\u00f3n preventiva en el marco de un legajo penal en el que se lo investiga por haber abusado de una mujer en Esperanza (departamento Las Colonias).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
La medida cautelar fue impuesta por el juez de la Investigaci\u00f3n Penal Preparatoria (IPP), Pablo Spekuljak, en una audiencia realizada en los tribunales de la ciudad de Santa Fe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
El fiscal Alejandro Ben\u00edtez est\u00e1 a cargo de la investigaci\u00f3n y es quien solicit\u00f3 la privaci\u00f3n de la libertad. \u201cAunque la Defensa propuso alternativas, el magistrado consider\u00f3 que no eran suficientes para mitigar los riesgos procesales e hizo lugar a nuestro requerimiento\u201d, valor\u00f3 el funcionario del MPA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Abuso<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Ben\u00edtez indic\u00f3 que \u201cel s\u00e1bado 4 de este mes a la ma\u00f1ana, el imputado abus\u00f3 sexualmente de una mujer a la que hab\u00eda conocido la noche anterior en un local bailable de Esperanza\u201d. Seg\u00fan precis\u00f3, \u201cel hecho il\u00edcito tuvo lugar en la vivienda en la que resid\u00eda el investigado\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n El fiscal relat\u00f3 que \u201cquien qued\u00f3 en prisi\u00f3n preventiva agredi\u00f3 sexualmente a la v\u00edctima con gran violencia, mientras ella intentaba oponer resistencia\u201d.
